John Moyle Memorial Field Day 2018

Allan VK4ALR set up a portable field station on the Weasel Park grounds along with Jason VK4FJGS, Chris VK4FGKO and Jack VK4LM. There was a great turn out of members as backup :) Allan got things under way at 11am local with good success and a noise floor under s2, something us city folk dream about. Not sure the number of contacts made but who was counting.

The Sausage Sizzle lunch went down a treat, and I dare say a few of the world problems were solved over the day. All in all a great day with great people!!!!

CQARA members once again activate Curtis Island Lighthouse for the ILL weekend.
